I started off doing my Bachelor's in Health Sciences and continued with my Master's in Health Food Innovation Management at Maastricht University. I worked a few years as a market analyst in the food industry. A few years later, I discovered my love for fitness and nutrition and decided to start studying again. After completing Level 2 Fitness Instructing and Level 3 Personal Training successfully, I am now a certified personal trainer.
